What we collect
- Your name, work email, job role and mobile phone number (entered by G&G Autohaus when your account is created).
- A one-way hash of your password. We can't read your password.
- Sign-in records and a log of what you search and open on the site, with times and IP addresses.
- If you choose "Remember this device": a random token stored in a cookie on that device, and the device type.
How we use it
Only to run this internal site: to sign you in, to text you one-time sign-in codes, to keep the site secure, and so management can see how the tools are used.
Text messages and your phone number
Your mobile number is used only to send one-time sign-in codes. Codes are sent through our SMS provider (Twilio), which processes your number only to deliver and check the code. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing or any other purpose. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, if you ask for it, a "remember this device" cookie that lasts 30 days. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and removing data
Accounts are disabled when you leave G&G Autohaus. Activity logs are kept as business records. Ask an administrator to correct your phone number or remove remembered devices.
